Ski Dubai Tickets How to Redeem

• Have your E-tickets or printed tickets ready for presentation.
• Visit the ticketing counter to receive an entry wristband based on your selected option.
• Scan the wristband at the turnstiles to enter the venue.

Ski Dubai Tickets Important Information

• For Snow Premium tickets, coordinate with operations and confirm your slot at least 48 hours before your visit. Bring the confirmation email to the venue; if not received, verify your booking status with our team.
• Essential snow equipment, including jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and helmets, will be provided for safety. Helmets are mandatory for children under 13.
• Snow Bullet Ride requires children to be over 8 years old, at least 125 cm tall, and weigh more than 30 kg; adults must weigh less than 120 kg.
• Some rides have height and weight restrictions.
• Mobile phones and cameras are prohibited in the Penguin Encounter Area.
• Food and beverages can only be consumed at Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant (open from 10 am to midnight).
• No refunds for unused or partially used services.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the park.
• Slope access is restricted to experienced skiers and snowboarders.
• The venue is not wheelchair accessible, and pregnant women are not permitted on the activities.
