ITINERARY

Day 1 –         Arrival in Dubai

Arrival at Dubai International Airport. Transfer to your hotel and check-in. Rest and refresh after your journey. Evening at leisure to explore the nearby area or relax at the hotel.

Day 2           Dubai City Tour & Burj Khalifa

After breakfast, embark on a guided city tour of Dubai. Visit iconic landmarks such as the Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Mosque, and Dubai Museum. Enjoy photo stops at the Burj Al Arab and Atlantis the Palm. Head to the Dubai Mall for lunch (not included) and some shopping. In the afternoon, proceed to the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world. Experience the breathtaking views from the observation deck. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 3            Desert Safari

After breakfast, get ready for an exciting desert safari adventure. Experience dune bashing in a 4×4 vehicle across the golden sands of the Dubai desert. Enjoy camel riding and sandboarding in the desert. Witness a mesmerizing desert sunset and capture stunning photographs. Arrive at the desert campsite where you’ll be treated to a traditional Arabian welcome. Indulge in a delicious BBQ dinner under the starlit sky, accompanied by live entertainment including belly dancing and Tanoura dance performances. Return to the hotel for a peaceful night’s rest.

Day 4           Departure

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Check-out from the hotel and transfer to Dubai International Airport for your departure flight. End of the tour.

• 50% Payment while booking On the Day.
• 100% Before the 2 Weeks Prior to Travel Date.

Cancellation Terms:

• 2 Weeks Prior to The Departure of Tour – 75% of The Tour Cost
• 4 Weeks Prior to The Departure of Tour – 50% of The Tour Cost
• 1 Week of Prior to The Departure of Tour – 100% of The Tour Cost

Important Information

This offer is valid for bookings made for the “Simply Dubai – Kids Go Free – 3 Nights” package only.

The offer entitles one child (aged 12 or below) to stay for free when accompanied by two paying adults (aged 18 or above).

The travel period for this offer is as specified at the time of booking.

Visa Disclaimer: Please note that the final decision regarding a visa application rests solely with the respective Embassy/Consulate.

To travel to any international destination, your passport must have a minimum validity of 06 months from your planned date of return.

Do check your flight status/schedule 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure, since airline schedules are subject to change without notice.

Seating arrangement for all transfers are as per the availability & our tour manager allows it.

The pick up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.

Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.

Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.

No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.

An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities

On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.

Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the ‘Terms and Conditions,’ Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you affect the booking.

Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.

Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines.

Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.

Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID, and we have mentioned this information in the critical notes so please ensure that you read the critical information, we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.

We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.

No refund for partly utilized services.

Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or cancelled, we will provide alternate options if possible.

If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
