How to Redeem
Guests should present a soft copy of the voucher on their phone, which will be verified by the driver at pick-up.

– Transfers are provided only from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marina, and nearby areas).
– Pick-up and drop-off times for shared transfers may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes based on traffic conditions and location.
– Some sites may be closed on certain days or weekends. We do not provide compensation for such closures.
